So I didn't sleep a wink last night, too many things running through my head, because of that by the time I went to work I felt horrible.
So I asked the manager to request the day off, he said it was really busy and that he would put the request on the computer (its so high-tech) and then we'd have to to wait and see, but he said basically don't count on it!
So carried on working for like 40 mins and he comes over and says I can go, SO I GOT THE DAY OFF! :)
I could have used it wisely but I can home layed on the bed and decided to take a nap for an hour and a half, this was about 9:30am so I was supposed to get up at 11, I set my alarm BUT I woke up at 5pm, 5PM!
What a waste!
Food-wise I'm doing fine, I've had
SF Yogurt Muesli bar-208cals
SF Veg soup-225cals
SF Yogurt muesli bar-208
2 litres of D.coke-10 cals
Not Bad.
My dad picked me up a tape measure, so I can my "before" measurements, I'm also going to buy a "before" outfit to take pics, that way I can wear the same thing as I lose weight and really see the difference.
I may put them up after or leave it until tomorrow, we'll see.
I'm going go exercise now, I bought the Davina:Power of 2 DVD years ago so I'm gonna try it while I'm waiting for my Billy Blanks Boot Camp to arrive in the post.

1/2 SF banana shake -211cals (i'm not having the strawberry or banana shake again)

Exercise
1.Just walking around the B&Q DIY store and Wickes looking for paint and wallpaper to decorate my room-
2.Had a quick 5 min play with Alfie
3.Had a quick potter around starting to clean room
Cals consumed-626cals
Cals burned- negligible maybe 15
In other news I have spent so much money today, I've bought
Crest Supreme White Strips on Ebay for £35 ($60ish)
Billy Blanks Basic Training Boot Camp + his Ultimate Boot camp from Amazon for £9 each ($16ish)
And because I can't seem to drink the regular Slim fast shakes I decided to order the Slim Fast Optima Bars from Ebay , they aren't sold here in the UK so I've ordered them from a lady in Wisconsin, its a bit more expensive, but they sound really tasty, its was around £19 for 24 bars and £6 shipping so about £25 in total ($45ish), which is around 8 days worth but I'm not going to have a bar every meal, it will be a mix of bars, soups and the smoothies. Its worth it!
Plan for tomorrow
1.Take before pics, go to Tesco or order a plan tank top and plain shorts so I can see a difference
2.Start my youtube diary
3.Go to the Gym
4.Wear my contacts-because I'm paying and not using them
5.Clean my car

So yesterday was my first day on my diet.
Woke up really late, I guess I underestimated how tired I really was just from work, which is dumb since I since down all day and usually consume around like 3000 cals on a bad day.
Food- So yeah, got up really late in the afternoon and had a slim fast vegetable soup (225 cals) and then a slim fast chicken and mushroom soup (218cals) and then half of a strawberry shake (212 cals) but I also drank an entire 2 litre bottle of diet coke (around 10cals).
My total for today is around 560 cals.
Exercise- Barely any since I got up late, but I did make the effort to go up my auntie janets so I could have a go on my cousins Wii, so I guess I burnt a few cals, Wii sports is supposedly really good exercise and I was pretty tired after doing the boxing! I don't know maybe I will buy one.
Plan for tomorrow- way more exercise.
1.take Alfie for a walk on the beach 234 for 1 hour
2.sort out bedroom, throw out old things and clean it so its spotless 281 cals for 2 hours
3.clean inside and outside of car 246 for 45mins
Target for tomorrow
Calories Consumed- less than 675
Calories burned- 760
Calorie deficit of 85cals
So no other news today(yesterday really) didn't much of anything at all, just relaxing.
Its 4am now so hopefully I will have a more interesting day today.

So this is my first entry.
I'm starting this journal on 01/01/2008 because this year I want to lose weight, quite alot of it, about 14stone of it.
My stats at the moment are
Age-18
Height- 5ft 4in
Weight 317lbs (22 stone 9lbs)
Body fat is approx 44%
My goal weight is around 9 stone (126lbs) but that is obviously a long way off, the first goal I am going to focus on is to lose 56lbs (4 stone) by April 1st, so pretty much exactly 3 months from today.
The plan
I going to do the slim fast plan, but slightly different, as you may know with slim fast you are suppose to replace two meals a day with meal replacement shake or soup or bar, have one balanced meal (under 600 cals) and 2 snacks (under 100 cals each), but what I am going to do is have 3 shakes or soups a day and no actual 'solid food' as such, but don't worry I have ok'd it with the Dr.
Basically using 3 slim fast meal replacements is the same as doing the Cambridge Diet or Lighter Life diets, which are both popular here in the UK but are insanely expensive, so long as I'm taking supplements this, for me, is the best/cheapest alternative.
As well as the diet side of things I'm also going to start the gym, I went for my induction a few days ago and then went the mornibg after before work, I can see myself getting into it, especially if I carry on going in the morning because I think there was only one other person in there, which didn't make me feel so self-conscious. Also, I plan on taking my puppy Alfie, for a walk everyday. And last but least, I want a Wii, as in a Nintendo Wii, apparently its great exercise, especially the boxing if you get the gloves, so I'm on the look out for one, hopefully they will be available now because the mad rush for xmas is over!
Anyway I'm off to bed, I can't wait to start tomorrow, well its today technically! :)
